Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Most of our products are handcrafted and therefore minor differences in detailing are inevitable. Slight irregularities in prints and weaves cannot be considered as defects. Part of the beauty of hand-crafted textiles lies therein; small differences that render each piece unique.
No guarantees are given on colour fastness. Some natural dyes like indigo will bleed during the first wash as will certain handloom fabrics like ikat . We do not offer any refunds/exchanges in such cases.
Handmade textiles deserve special care to retain their beauty and strength. Please read our wash and care instructions before using the garment. Damage caused by employing wrong methods of wash and care will not be considered as reasons for exchange or refund.

However, your satisfaction is important to us and we are willing to replace the product if you are not happy with your purchase, provided certain parameters are met.
IN CASE THAT-
You have received a wrong product (i.e. the size or the colour is different from the selected option) or if you have received a defective product, *slight variation due to differences in monitor settings is to be considered normal and not a reason for return.
You can get your grievance addressed immediately by taking the following steps-
To return your order:
1. Please mail us to email@example.com with your order number and photos of the product within 48 hours from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order. Quality check team will verify the details, after which our team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
2. Return the goods within 10 business days of receiving it, in unused condition, along with the original tags and the original sales invoice. To do so, you could use the services of a trusted courier service of your choice.
3. International orders, the customer will need to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost to and fro.
Please ensure that the return packets are securely packaged to avoid further damage of goods in transit. If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced or refunded.
4. After receiving the returned product, once we go through checking process we will provide you a store credit amounting the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.
5. You can use the store credit code with a validity of 90 days for any product listed on our website.
6. Whole process can take up to 10 working days time.
7. We are unable to offer returns if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
To exchange your product with another product:
1. If you want to exchange it with any other product from the website, the above procedure of returning the product will have to be followed.
2. Once the store credit is issued to you, a new order for the item needed in exchange will have to be placed by you using the coupon code provided in the discount box on checkout.
Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores or vice versa. Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased on discount.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
NOTE : The website or store will not accept returns or exchanges for any products that were purchased during a sale.
